Before any listing makes it onto the "worth considering" list, we check it against real local transaction data, not just the asking price. We analyse location, legal status, running costs and genuine rental potential — not just what the photos show.

There's rarely just one sensible option. We put several selected properties side by side — on entry price, running costs, projected return and risk — so the decision is a choice between calculated options, not a guess.
