We process personal data only to the extent you provide it to us yourself — through the forms available on the site:

• Contact form / "Book a call" — name, email, phone, message content. Purpose: responding to an enquiry about a property or service.
• Listing a property for sale — first and last name, phone, email, property description. Purpose: preparing an initial valuation and a proposed sales strategy.
• Careers form — first and last name, email, phone, location. Purpose: reviewing an application to work with us.
• Newsletter — first and last name, email, phone, comment. Purpose: sending information about listings and the market, based on separate consent.

The resale property search engine does not collect any personal data — search filters are not tied to any specific user.

3. Legal basis for processing

We process data on the basis of: the data subject's consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) — e.g. when subscribing to the newsletter; the necessity to take steps before entering into a contract or to perform one (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) — e.g. when enquiring about a specific property; and the controller's legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) — e.g. when responding to a careers application.

Data may be shared with: partner law firms — only when necessary to handle a specific transaction and with the client's knowledge; IT and hosting providers, who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements; developers — only to the extent necessary to present an offer and with the client's consent.
