Service on the ground
Viewings, negotiations with the developer and paperwork are handled by our office in Spain. You do not need to fly out or know the local procedures.
Commission agreed upfront
We agree the commission split before the first transaction and do not change it along the way. In writing, with no clauses discovered later.
