Terms of Service

1. General provisions

These Terms of Service set out the rules for using the cdhluxury.com website, operated by Costa Dream Home Luxury (CDH Luxury), with offices in Marbella, Alicante, Malaga, Denia and Villajoyosa.

Throughout these terms:

• Service Provider means Costa Dream Home Luxury
• Site means the website available at cdhluxury.com
• User means any person using the Site
• Electronic services means services provided electronically through the forms available on the Site

2. Rules for using the site

Using the Site is free and voluntary. A device with internet access and a web browser is sufficient to use the Site. The User is required to use the Site in a manner consistent with the law, good practice, and the provisions of these terms.

3. Electronic services on the site

Through the Site, the Service Provider enables the User to:

• submit an enquiry via the contact form ("Book a call")
• list a property for sale via a dedicated form
• submit a job application via the careers form
• subscribe to the newsletter
• browse property listings and use the resale property search engine

Using the forms requires providing true and current information to the extent required by the given form.

4. Entering into and terminating the newsletter agreement

The agreement for the newsletter service is entered into when the User subscribes via the form available on the Site and consents to receiving the newsletter. The User may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every message, or by contacting the Service Provider.

5. Nature of the listings presented

Information about properties presented on the Site — including descriptions, photos, prices, floor areas and availability — is for illustrative purposes only and does not constitute an offer in the legal sense. The detailed terms of each transaction are agreed individually with the client. The Service Provider makes every effort to keep the information presented up to date, but reserves the right to change a property's price, availability or specifications without prior notice.

6. Intellectual property

Content published on the Site — including text, photos, graphics, the logo and the page layout — is the property of the Service Provider or its partners and is legally protected. Copying, distributing or using this content without the Service Provider's consent is prohibited, except for personal use permitted by law.

7. Liability

The Service Provider makes every effort to keep the Site working properly and available at all times, but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. The Service Provider is not liable for the content or operation of external services that may be linked to from the Site (e.g. Google Maps).

8. Complaints

Complaints regarding the functioning of the Site can be submitted to info@cdhluxury.com, describing the issue and providing contact details. Complaints are handled within 14 days of receipt.

9. Personal data

The rules for processing Users' personal data are described in the Privacy Policy and on the GDPR page. The rules on cookies are described in the Cookie Policy.

10. Final provisions

Matters not governed by these terms are subject to generally applicable law. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these terms — the current version is always available on the Site, along with the date it was last updated.
