This two bedroom apartment has been completely refurbished with high quality nordic style finishings and provides all the mod cons for a comfortable holiday. The apartment is located on the second floor of the ever popular Puerto Paraiso apartments and overlooks Estepona port, with the sea beyond and one of the two swimming pools just below. There is air conditioning in all the bedrooms plus a TV package with a selection of British channels such as Sky an other international channels. A high speed fibre optic connection is also available throughout the property. Both bedrooms are en-suite and the whole apartment is far more spacious in comparison to many of the newer apartments that are currently available. The apartment is perfectly located for those visiting Estepona who do not wish to drive as there is a selection of bars, restaurants, beaches, supermarkets and shops on the doorstep. Parking is possible in the communal parking area and operates on a first come, first served basis however finding a space isn't normally a problem. You can also park nearby for free. All in all, is a very high quality apartment for your holiday. Estepona is a medium sized town located on the Mediterranean coast, just below the stunning Sierra Nevada mountain range. Originally, Estepona’s income was from fishing, however, it has now branched out into tourism and provides a multitude of sandy beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and yet still maintains it’s original Spanish feel. The sea front provides miles of glorious beaches whilst the town is beautifully maintained with tree lined streets, spectacular plants, many parks and open spaces and water fountains on almost every corner! Just a few minutes drive from Estepona you will find yourself within the naturally beautiful countryside of Andalusia. Imagine olive groves, vineyards and you have captured some of the surrounding villages such as Manilva, with its grapevines as far as the eye can see; or Casares with ‌its ‌olive ‌groves. ‌Head ‌up into the Sierra ‌Bermeja Mountains ‌and see cork-trees ‌that actually ‌line ‌the ‌roads. ‌Altogether it is an ‌ideal ‌base ‌for ‌a ‌memorable ‌family ‌holiday.
