On a side of the living room we find a large and beautiful dining table for six guests. The kitchen in this apartment is fully fitted with all the appliances and everything you may need for your holidays. There is an additional dining table with seating for four guests and a small laundry room for your use. The lovely south-facing balcony receives plenty of sun during most part of the day and offers unbeatable views to the sea and the Strait of Gibraltar. There are two sun-loungers available for guests and a small outdoor dining table and chairs for four guests. This apartment is located in a popular urbanisation known as Arena Beach, less than a five minute drive from the center of Estepona. This small beachfront complex has easy access to the local Arena Beach, with its shallow waters and fine sand. Next to the beach there is a beautiful promenade through which you can walk to the center of Estepona. There are two supermarkets nearby and a couple of restaurants within a walking distance of 10/15 minutes. Estepona marina, with a multitude of bars, cafes and restaurants is located at a driving distance of approximately five minutes. Estepona is also known as the Garden of the Costa del Sol, it has all the ingredients for a fabulous holiday. Plenty of sandy beaches, quaint whitewashed streets, mountains, open public spaces, friendly bars and restaurants, plenty of shops along with excellent transport links allowing you to explore the wider area. The airports of Malaga and Gibraltar are easily accessible and the main road that connects the entire coast has several entry/exit points in the city.
