You enter the property through one stairs where it is built on one level, making it ideal for families with young children and elderly guests. Outside, you will find a private swimming pool with secure fencing, a shaded pergola, built-in barbecue, landscaped garden with lawn and palm trees, plus an extra fridge on the terrace. Inside, there is a spacious living room with air conditioning, fireplace, TV and high-speed internet. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, washing machine and breakfast area.The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and a small workspace. The other two bedrooms each have twin beds and air conditioning with both their own bathrooms.The sandy beach is approximately a 10-minute walk away. Shops, restaurants and a supermarket are all nearby. The villa is ideally located for trips to Fuengirola, Mijas, Gibraltar and Málaga Airport (less than 20 minutes away)! Available from October until end of January for mid term rent.
